How it works
01
Open the roster
A coach starts a team and sends a link. Players and parents show up from there.
02
Sign consent
Under 18 needs a parent. Under 13 stays out. Players 18 and older sign for themselves.
03
Film one rep
Hitting or pitching, from a phone. The diagnostic dials are free.
04
Coach signs off
On a team, the family sees the full coaching report after the coach edits it. A personal ladder shows the diagnostic first.
How it works
Four steps. Then you get to work.
The full walk-through has the sample and the rules we score by. .
Pricing is still under construction. The diagnostic is free during beta.
Questions
Who can see a clip or a report?
The player, a linked parent, and that team’s coach. There is no public ranking. Team stat boards stay coach-only and off until the coach opts in.
What does consent cover?
Being filmed, who can view the report, how long the raw clip is kept, and how to delete it. A missing consent blocks the upload. Under 13 is flagged for COPPA review and cannot upload.
Does a coach have to review it?
On a team, yes. The full coaching report waits for the coach. On a personal ladder, the diagnostic dials show up after the clip is read. Fixes, cues, and drills stay on the full coaching report.
How are players compared?
Only with their own past: this report beside the last one, and the goal they set beside what they did next.

Skill Ladder AI
Skill Ladder AI builds Player Lab. A coach films one rep. The report leads with what the player already owns, then the next brick. A player is compared only with their own past.
